Failed to connect the usb camera

Hi everyone, I am having problem about using my Andoer USB 2.0 12 Megapixel HD Camera Web Cam. Once I plugged in the webcam, I tried the following: sudo apt-get install ros-indigo-usb-cam rosrun usb_cam usb_cam_node with a terminal running the master. Thanks!
